SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders are subject to freight charges which will be provided within the quote. Unless specified, LOCO Enterprises will utilize the carrier that is best suited based on order, destination, and delivery times. Orders of multiple items may involve differing shipment times based on where product is sourced from.

Please note, if your order requires multiple shipments, you will be notified in advance of all shipping charges pertaining to each individual delivery. We will contact you within 24 hours before delivery for all orders shipped by common carrier. It is the policy of the trucking companies we utilize that an authorized member of your company must be present at time of delivery.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

Requesting of a lift gage prior to delivery if a loading dock or forklift is not available on site.

Inspection of all packages before signing delivery receipt.

It is the customers responsibility to note, record any damages or shortages on shipping documents before they sign.

Without the notation of damages, LOCO Enterprises is unable to file a claim for said damages against the shipping carrier and cannot guarantee a replacement.
DAMAGES:
Important! Please note that as stated above, without accurate documentation and reporting of damages or shortages that may have incurred during shipment, we cannot guarantee a replacement. While we do our best to work only with reputable, quality delivery services, there are occasions during any type of shipment where accidental damage can occur. With adequate documentation (preferably written and photographed,) we will replace any damaged or incorrect materials to you in as timely a manner as possible.
If for some reason, due to weather, time constraints etc.…you are unable to inspect packages immediately on arrival, your signed packing slip should contain the word “Exception” on all forms. It is your responsibility to inspect packages within 48 hours and file the damage / missing items report to us directly in order to receive a replacement on merchandise.
WARRANTY:
LOCO Enterprises is pleased to offer our customers one of the best product warranties in the industry with a 5-year guarantee for replacement on defective barricades and other select products. Products that have been misused, vandalized, or taken care of inappropriately are subject to voiding this warranty.
PAYMENTS:
We accept all major credit cards, including Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover. We accept hard-copy Purchase Orders from Businesses, Universities and Schools throughout the United States along with providing credit options for qualified participants.

30 DAY RETURNS
LOCO Enterprises utilizes a 30-day return policy with a 15% restock fee based on item return.
Customers can receive a full refund within the return time defined in this policy minus the stock fee. However, items returned due to manufacturer defect, will be replaced at no cost to customer.
ORDER CANCELLATION
All orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. A full refund will be credited back to the credit card used for purchase. If store credit is desired, a credit for the refund will be placed on customers account for use at a future date.
PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT:
If packaging appears damaged, carton should be refused. If you cannot refuse carton in question, please make a notation on the Bill of Lading / Proof of Delivery of noted damage. Customer Service must be contacted with (48) hours, (2) days of receipt of shipment so that LOCO Enterprises can file a “Claim” with the carrier.
RETURNS:
Prior to returning any merchandise, you must contact our customer service department to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Orders returned without RMA # may experience delays in processing.
If you would like to return merchandise for any other reason than items being damaged or incorrect, a restocking charge of 15% will apply to any items returned within 30 days. Also, the shipping cost is not refundable.
If items are not returned in resalable condition, the cost to refurbish will be deducted from the credit.
When returning products, be sure to send them back pre-paid, insured, and retain your shipper's tracking numbers. Without your tracking numbers, it may be difficult for our team to confirm that your return arrived at our warehouse.
